The release of December song, finalizes the trilogy that Jakob Bro started in 2008 when he began composing songs for Paul Motian, Lee Konitz, Bill Frisell, Ben Street, Thomas Morgan and Craig Taborn. The trilogy consists of Balladeering (2009), Time (2011) and December Song (2013). The documentary film 'Weightless - a recording session with Jakob Bro' (Sune Blicher, 2009) documents the making of Balladeering.
