"Self-taught guitarist and composer, Diego Lubrano invites us, with this first solo creation, to follow him on his journey from the burning lands of flamenco to the distant lands of jazz.
For more than 10 years, Diego Lubrano has tirelessly sought to link these two worlds through his compositions. After many artistic collaborations and the recording of the disc of “La Ultima! ", Whose music he composed with singer Sylvie Paz, it was time to make the guitar sing ... And take flight.
Its language was first formed by listening to flamenco guitarists like Paco de Lucia, Vicente Amigo or Gerardo Nuñez ... then to Jazz musicians such as Joe Pass, Wes Montgomery, Pat Metheny, Sylvain Luc, Sonny Rollins , Esbjorn Svensson ... and classical composers like Gabriel Fauré and Claude Debussy.
