“Songwriter” closes with a romp, a stomp, and a call to action. It’s a wake up call to both myself and songwriters everywhere. And it finishes off a very personal journey that Ewen Farncombe and I took writing this album together.
This little off the cuff video, thanks to the genius of Aref Mahabadi, is the perfect look into crafting and recording this collection of songs for you. It was shot during our session for “Songwriter” at Canterbury Music Company. The take you see is the take you hear on the album. I’m so grateful and lucky we were able to capture this moment in time.
