The brilliant trumpeter, one of the brightest representatives of the jazz vhamber, is of particular creativity in opposition to constructivism of the most avant-garde. Writes music for theater, film, and a lot to the table. Over 30 years of experience in theoretical musicology, wrote and published the book "At the gate of the temple''.
Born in 1947 in Moscow. Finished spec. School of Music and the Conservatory in St. Petersburg, where he learned to play the trumpet and composition (1959-1970 gg.). At the Conservatory became interested in jazz and contemporary improvised music. Collects a variety of compositions, which is the initiator of ideas composer and performer. Performs at festivals and concerts. Composers' samples were one-act opera "Les Noces" Symphony String Quartet.
