Born in The Ivory Coast, Samy Thiébault follows a classic route within the CNR of Bordeaux before bringing in in 2004 in prestigious Higher National Conservatory for Music of Paris in the class of jazz. He obtains his graduation in 2008.
At the same time as his musical studies he obtains a master's degree in philosophy in Sorbonne ( 2001 ). He brings out his first opus "Blues For Nel " ( Musicast) in 2004. The album is worth to him a frank public and critical success. In June 2007, he presents his second album in quintet "GayaScienza" (B Flat / Discograph, on 2007).
