Olivier Bogé was born in Toulon, south of France, on 1981. At 34, he already played and recorded with important musicians, such as Tigran Hamasyan, Bill McHenry, Jeff Ballard, Baptiste Trotignon, Rick Margitza..
After studying classical piano at Toulon’s conservatory until 18 years old, he started studying on the saxophone and guitar, keeping working the piano too.
His first recording as a leader, for Fresh Sound New Talent label, entitled « Imaginary Traveler », was released in 2012.
An other recording, released in the fall 2012, entitled « Fall Somewhere », with bassist Nicolas Moreaux’s band, and recorded with musicians like Bill McHenry and Tigran Hamasyan, received the great « Charles Cros » prize.
In the beginning of 2013, for his second recording as a leader, he went in New York to record an album entitled « The World Begins Today », released on Naïve, with a quartet composed by musicians among the most
