Jazz music community with review and forums
Two twin brothers from Greece and two brothers from Poland united in 2008 in Maastricht to compose their own ''musical conspiracy" by secretly sharing common musical roots and advancing ethnic jazz towards their own intersection of their own local cultures. They are four passionate jazz musicians delve into Greek and Polish traditional music mixed with jazz improvisations and flirting with cross-cultural jazz through original compositions. GrePol Mafia is a jazz group that has one respectful and insightful eye to the past traditions and one constantly alert and ''intrusive' eye to the future advancements of jazz. GrePol Mafia has been active in Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Greece. This musical conspiracy is here to stay and is looking forward to getting caught by your ears.
