Born in 1993 in Strasbourg, Pierre begins to study classical saxophone at the music school of Ugine (Savoy) when he turns 7. The proximity to the mountains allows him to regularly go hiking, skiing or climbing, activities that will give him a strong affinity with nature and most certainly influence his music.
A few years later, he meets the pianist Philippe Codecco thanks to whom he discovers the world of Jazz, improvisation and composition. Curious and motivated, Pierre enters the Jazz department of the Chambéry conservatory before continuing his studies at the Jazz and improvised music department of the CNSMDP, from which he graduated in 2019. He obtained there a Master 2 in Jazz saxophone with the highest grade as well as a State Diploma for teaching.
