By the way, there is a traditional cake called "Dorayaki" in Japan.
An egg and powder are used for cloth. The soybeans which were seasoned with sugar and honey. There is the taste of cream and the green tea elsewhere, too.

As far as I know, yes.
A Crumpet I believe is harder, more english muffin like, whereas a hotcake is just a pancake, which is usually larger, softer, bigger, and flatter.
