Chicago is usually a pretty solid band, their early albums are excellent, but a lot of their later pop tunes are okay too.

I agree. They are one of those bands that I enjoy listening to that the girlfriend enjoys too, so I don't get the cross-eyed look that comes with many of the other bands that I might be playing.

The concert was good and we stayed dry for the most part. Chicago was touring as "Back To The Beginning" so it was mostly all songs from their first albums. The encore finished up with a set of Chicago and REO Speedwagon playing together alternating songs. They played 6 songs in this set. It was kind of interesting to see the different bands playing and singing each others songs. Anyhow:

Enjoyed listening to Secrets, but this album edges in front. Next purchase is likely to be Metal Fatigue.

^ I like that one too, a lot of his songs get changed as he re-records them over the years. He preferred that his songs not have one set arrangement.

Here is Jack the Bear in the 40s, let me see if I can find the mid-50s version.
