Stuck Larry here.Same with Sonny Rollins due to his "Night at The Vanguard" album. Jackies most interesting part of his disco is here although I do like it all from Bop to Avante which he covered.

Tough poll! So many faves: Young, McLean, Hancock, Hutcherson.

I'll give it to Hutcherson, fantastic post-bop records were the line-up varies and creates very different jazz.

Herbie for me, straight to him! Smile Not to say others aren't tops, but Hancock is too beloved for me to vote anywhere else!

I enjoyed the performance of Herbie Hancock at the same time to listen to "Happenings" of Bobby Hutcherson.

I went for Jackie McLean of course but so many good ones I know. Talking about Bobby Hutcherson I love "Dialogue" it has Andrew Hill and Sam Rivers with him.

I could not have put Jackie in Hard Bop due to Art Blakey being there...........I could not have picked. Benefits of doing the poll yourself Wink

What about Larry Young,  yeah...
