"Serca bicie" - "The Heart Beat" - it was a name of an open air concert I succeeded to evidence in an extremely hot evening in the Old Market Square of exiting Gothic town in Northern Poland. An annual renown Polish artist Andrzei Zaucha tribute concert  this year has been moved from bigger city of Bydgoszcz to smaller, but very touristic Torun, a real pearl of Middle Ages Gothic architecture.

Andrzej Zaucha was a true Polish star in 70s, he influenced many country's artist of 80s as well. The concert's  headliner was a true 80s Polish scenes star Krystyna Pronko. Everyone who was a Polish radio stations listener in early 80s most probably still remember her hit of the time "Jestes Lekiem Na Cale Zlo" - great example of jazz-rock,pop-jazz and r'n'b  song  which absolutely dominated on different Polish radio stations  during 80s and 90s. A veteran-singer nowadays, Krystyna Pronko is still active, she sung two or three bluesy rock songs, her voice is still surprisingly strong.

Krystyna Pronko in early 80s:

True star of the night was not Krystyna though, but younger generation artist and singer Ewa Abart - her funky r'n'b songs with domestic folk influences were explosive and truly irresistible.
