Good day! Please tell me what kind of music it is.
Unfortunately, there are no sound recordings, I picked up the melody by ear.

Yes, Ed Sherhan plays pop/folk music.
The first one was just a melody and no rhythm so it was hard to get a genre on it. Rhythm is a big part of defining genre. You could put a Boosa Nova rhythm to that melody or a funk rhythm and now you have a different genre.

I heard these instrumental compositions in a call center. Regarding the first composition, the melody was probably performed by wind instruments (trumpet, for example), I don't remember exactly. At the end there was a passage on the violin.

The second composition is more modern (I believe, 1980), the melody was played on the guitar, as I believe.
I would like to know the name of the song and who is performing

As it turned out, the second track is Acoustic Alchemy - The Netting Hill Two-Step :-)
The identifying of the first composition (more old-fashioned, with a violin passage at the end) remains relevant.
