I think they mean the insert image pop-up in the forum, it doesn't work for me either.

I could be wrong, but I don't think this is a database issue, but a foprum issue
I've had this happened a few weeks back. ------------- my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicted musicians to crazy ones....  |

Just ignore the message, insert the image location and press OK and it will work

http://imgur.com/" rel="nofollow - imgur is an image hosting site, you can upload images to use here or anywhere, I think they even provide the BBCode when you upload.
