I'm no expert with these sub-genres, but I can tell you for sure Keith Jarret's Carnegie Hall Concert is not Post-Bop.

I'd say third wave - the whole album is a solo piano piece in an avant, jazzy kind of way. It's not pretty like the Koln Concert, but I'd say third stream it still is.

Why not avant (free) jazz? Sure, it could be rooted in classical as always and be regarded as modern atonal piano music, but you still got a jazzman going wild & free and whatever's a shade in between those.

^Well not all the album is the avant-third stream. While I totally agree on it being avant, personally I think third stream is a better placement.
