Snarky Puppy has announced theater screenings of their upcoming DVD Family Dinner Volume Two in select cities next month. According to a press release, the film “features footage of the recording process, acoustic performances and candid artist interviews about life, music and the human connection.” Guest artists include David Crosby, Susana Baca, Salif Keita and Becca Stevens. The Family Dinner Volume Two DVD/album package—the follow-up to the Grammy-winning first volume—will be released February 12 on Universal Music Classics.

Recorded in New Orleans, a portion of the proceeds from the sales of Family Dinner Volume Two will be donated to the charity organization Roots of Music, which “empowers the youth of New Orleans through music education, academic support, and mentorship while preserving and promoting the unique musical and cultural heritage of our city,” according to the press release.
