Need for help to identify a song

   Hi everyone,

I did numerous attempts to identify the jazzy original of this rare jungle bootleg during last 15 years, but failed. Neither Shazam or similar, nor search by lyrics - nothing helps. The bootlegger doesn't know the ID, he recorded the original from some jazz radio about 16 years ago.

Maybe anyone can recognize at least the singer?
Would be highly appreciated.
A very gorgeous song is there behind the jungle drums.
