Stefan Goranov for Contemporary Jazz/Fusion.
Stefan is a young Bulgarian jazz drummer from the town of Pleven. He started as a rock drummer. Yes, he did. I forgot you are from there, otherwise I would have mentioned it, too :)
By the way - the solo album of Stefan is called Frost/Fire, not just Frost or Fire. There are just two versions of the cover art ("warm"and "cold"), but with the exact same music inside. I should have mentioned this too :) Edited by Tzeck - 02 Dec 2018 at 11:46pm |

Stefane, we have some difficulties with his discography here.
According to their bandcamp he released "Fire/Frost" album in 2017 (brown/red cover), and Gorafunk Electric in 2018. Added cover for "Gorafunk Electric" says "Frost"(blue one), is it just an added wrong cover art or something else? Track lists of twoalbums differ so them look as two different albums.

He mentioned this summer that he is thinking about making an electronic version of the album Frost/Fire. I haven't heard about getting it ready yet, but it's quite possible. But I can assure you that by this summer there were just two artwork versions of the same album, cause I have them both and I also asked him personally to avoid misunderstanding. After I asked him about this, he mentioned that it is a good idea to make the one cover art into the electric album. Maybe he managed. I will ask him personally.

So, we just chatted. He did the electronic version of Frost/Fire in October and released it just digitally in bandcamp. (No special cover for it yet, so he used the "cold" one). Otherwise, there are still two artwork versions of the same album on CD. He just came up with the idea for the electronic remix after he pressed the CDs. I suppose you can easily make the discography like this: 1. Birdwatch - Music of Charlie Parker
2. Gorafunk: Frost/Fire 3. Gorafunk Electric: Frost/Fire And remove the live album Frost/Fire as there is no such one.
