Interesting artist, is the Voice of God material the songs with a big band?

yes-ish
this earlier period was characterised by the utilization of a 10-15 part jazz fusion outfit but only on certain tracks , otherwise an ordinary grouping approximating to 5-8 piece band.

the earlier VoGC stuff had no Blues input.

We'll probably put his Voice of God albums in Exotica, those are the records that qualify him for a jazz site. His more recent solo stuff can go in Jazz Related Blues even though its mostly blues with little jazz, no big deal, all the records have to go somewhere.
