Jakob Bro wins Danish ‘Album of the year’ award
Congratulations to Jakob Bro! On November 30th
the Copenhagen based guitarist has received the award for ‘Danish Jazz
Album of the year’ for his ECM leader debut Gefion.
The album was produced in Oslo’s Rainbow Studio by Manfred Eicher, and
released in February 2015. It presents Jakob Bro in trio with Thomas
Morgan on double bass and Jon Christensen on drums. A new trio album by
Bro with Thomas Morgan and with Joey Baron on drums is in preparation.

	Jakob Bro wins Danish ‘Album of the year’ award Congratulations to Jakob Bro!
