This week's selection reaches an altogether higher plane beginning with gratitude, the remarkable new collaboration between Cassie Kinoshi's seed and the London Contemporary Orchestra. Next up, saxophonist David Murray leads a juicy quartet on Francesca, whilst composer and vocalist Caroline Shaw teams up with Sō Percussion to build her own eclectic musical world on Rectangles & Circumstances. Renowned Tel Aviv-based trumpeter Sefi Zisling's The Librarian is a delightful throwback to the fusion sounds of seventies jazz-funk, before we're taken on a riveting adventure courtesy of drummer Stéphane Galland & The Rhythm Hunters.
