   Record Store Day 2021 will be taking place across 2 dates on June and July
UK Record Store Day is set to take place on Saturday the 12th of June and Saturday the 17th of July, following their successful "RSD Drop" format which took place last year.
Record Store Day is taking place across several dates to accommodate social distancing as well as the knock-on effects of distribution disruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
About Record Store Day
Typically, Record Store Day is the one day is the one day of the year when over 200 independent record shops all across the UK come together to celebrate their unique culture.
Special vinyl releases are made exclusively for the day and many shops and cities host artist performances and events to mark the occasion. Thousands of more shops celebrate the day around the globe in what’s become one of the biggest annual events on the music calendar.
