Haven't tried the Whole Foods brand yet.
Lately i tried this "Nan" pizza. Not too bad, I didn't have to alter it. Its got a slight Indian flavor and a little bit of heat.

it's a Red Fork "Bianca" pizza; olives, mushrooms, garlic, two cheeses, I'm just hoping it's better than the Whole Foods brand

Some frozen pizzas are better than others. i usually have to do something to alter it a bit, usually add something, a few vegetables or just some garlic salt.
Good pizza is rare around here, southerners have no idea what pizza is supposed to be. I know its not bacon/ranch, ha ha.

yeah it sounds good but unless it's done well, it's a bit much

several nights this week I had pork chops broiled in a sauce of orange marmalade, sherry, soy sauce, hotsauce, s&p, and it was scrumptious with mashed tates and pickled red cabbage on the side ... tonight it's frozen pizza Unhappy LOL

It is splendid. And even sauce is homemade, and it does not take root in the food culture in Japan very much now to enjoy either.

I often put it in soup about the celery. It is just something like pot-au-feu. Of course as for the salad. The combination with other foods is divided by preference.

^ All that looks good Smile

I had spaghetti with homemade marinara sauce. Since moving back to the south I make my sauce in the "soul food" style which is spicy hot and sweet with a lot of herbs, peppers and celery seed. I had it at a local restaurant and decided thats how I wanted my sauce to taste. That restaurant used celery, the celery seed substitution was my idea.

Some Memphis restaurants make BBQ spaghetti which is BBQ pork mixed with marinara and BBQ sauce over spaghetti, but that is really going too far, ha ha.

In Japan, the rainy season comes in June. However, in Tokyo, good weather still continues. And I was already looking for summer seasonal food.

A rice ball. The seaweed is a part of the stems. And a center part of the perilla is used. Some saltiness.

Seaweed. Okra. And it is yam. The texture is fun. Some saltiness. And the salad which the jelly of the plum is slightly included in.

Well I've now been on a regimen of high-protein shakes twice a day - a total of about 75 grams of protein per day - for three months and I'm quite pleased; I've stopped eating breakfast and desserts almost entirely and instead have a big shake with milk and a crushed banana, and then a normal dinner.   I've gained muscle, feel better, and save a lot of $ on sweets and other items I don't need anymore (cereal, eggs, cookies, ice cream).

Yes. I remembered it. Cassis is popular in Japan. It may often mix orange juice and carbonated water. I mixed Cassis and tea and have drunk. It may be unorthodox.

And I have not tried Becks, but Heineken is sold in a shop. I was able to imagine the taste.

Creme de Cassis is a very sweet wine that is almost like a liqueur, its made from cassis berries.
Becks is a very plain ale with little flavor, Heinekin is also similar.

Yes. Japan is the food that tuna and edamame are liked well in spring and summer. And I am interested in creme de cassis where John mentioned. I was not familiar with Becks beer. And is creme de cassis a kind of the dessert whether it is known well? I look like the dish which fitted at warm time.

Looks good Kazu. I happened to pick up a lite Japanese meal for dinner last night. A very hot tuna tataki, avocado salad, a sushi roll made with fried sweet potatoe (southern influence) and edamame to cool the fire from the tuna tataki. They make a very good tuna tataki, but it is very hot with large coarse chunks of black pepper.

The weather got warm early this year and I have been enjoying a favorite summer time drink, pour a shot of creme de cassis into a Becks beer,  its kind of sweet from the cassis of course.

The weather of Tokyo was unstable recently. However, the afternoon of Sunday when it was fine well now. I seem to be able to thoroughly enjoy the spring food.

A rice ball. It is a tuna among them. Mayonnaise and some soy sauce.

Tofu. Seaweed. Okra. The soy sauce that there are a few seasonings of this salad. The extract of fishery products.

Yes. The flower of the plum is beautiful. Probably I may enjoy it in winter and spring. I have not cultivated it. However, the cultivation will not be difficult if there is a young plant.

A bush warbler comes to the flower of the plum in Japan, and there is a custom to feel spring when it calls.

I feel it to be splendid. I feel good that there is really even the shop of the Japanese health food in the United States. Even in Japan, the health food is expensive. The people running the agriculture really make the crops with great deal of effort. The portrait of the producer is written on sold vegetables recently. For security.

However, the visitor confirms quality without even its being careful.Big smile

Looks good to me.
I picked up the best Japanese salad at the health food store yesterday. It was lettuce, tofu, shredded carrots, eda mame, some other shredded roots over a bed of rice with a hot sweet dressing, it was good but expensive.
