I think "Paul's Boutique" to be a well-thought album closely. And I remembered "Fear of a Black Planet" of Public Enemy. Oh. And as for the 2nd album of De La Soul likewise. I think that these albums are well-done.

Interesting thing about "The Mix-up" is there's no rapping on it. But it's all really good sampling work.

Well just so's you know, the new OHMphrey's album "Posthaste" blows the first album out of the water. A much more refined sound, more composed sections, and they just generally sound like a true band now.
