Time for a Blues breather. Have been belting them.........that Champion Jack album, piano based, guitar, sax....Never heard it before till this record. I have been missing out big time.

I think the problem with a lot of the fusion music is that it's extremely predictable, it's a rock rhythm and the solos all play the same stuff and they play it over and over again ...

I asked one of my older brothers mates if he had a couple of Blues albums he could loan me and that was these two. Had em' for about 3 months but after I gave them back Cry  I went and bought both. 1973 that all happened.

This with a Taj Mahal were the first Blues albums I bought when I was about 14. I know I have said it before. Caught him in concert when I was 15............I still rave about it. Thumbs Up Then I saw him (God love him) early this year.  Do you know he did not play one, "yeah one" song in its entirety it was all banter primarily. Geriatric Blues Cry
 "Help The Poor" is playing on this record right now and it is one great instrumental.
