I instantly became enchanted with this tune it sounds like it originated from the 1930s. However, I've done my best trying to find the name and it doesn't appear to be listed on any of the sources that I've checked for this documentary's soundtrack. The tune in particular starts playing at 1:45 and ends at 2:53. I will be greatly appreciate the individual who is able to provide the name of this tune. Thank you!

I didn't recognize it. Its not really a jazz tune, but more in the easy listening realm. There are apps such as Shazam that will sometimes recognize tunes and tell you what they are.
