My first post here! Looking for help in identifying a gentleman in a 1947 photo who I believe to be either Eric Dolphy or pianist Tommy "Crow" Kahn. Since I cannot post the photo here, please send an email to [email protected] and I will reply with the image.

I think I've concluded pretty definitively that it's Tommy "Crow" Kahn, a pretty obscure pianist who started out with Jack McVea's orchestra and then played for years in T-Bone Walker's band. Here is a link with the band members labeled. Kahn (the guy who I thought might be a very young Dolphy) is at the far left.

I see some similarities there, Slava will be back tomorrow and fix the above pictures and then we can make a comparison.
