Yes, it is THE Jack Kevorkian. Someone I know had gotten the album out of curiosity and it's actually really good, dark grooves. He's a talented flutiste I recommend you check out the album regardless of what you think of his actions.

Funny side note, he also painted the oil painting that Acid Bath (sludge metal band from New Orleans) used for their cult favorite (and one of my personnal favorites Pagean Terrorism Tactics.
