Sorry, don't recognize it.
Do you know any other details about the song, where did you hear it?

By the way, you're first link works, but the second one doesn't.

The opening is possibly a trumpet or sax. Somehow resemble old records sounds

There's a vocal.

The lyrics MIGHT include   ( I've heard it last in 1995 )

 "I love her , I love her"

"To the College Fair" or "College Fair"

I've bought Joplin's CD, Louis Armstrong and  Charlie Chaplin Composition other Old time music.

But with no luck.

I did search the internet, google and youtube with various combination but failed.

I've heard it on:

Black and white comedy film, charlie chaplin like but not charlie chaplin.

1995 Philippine GaG Show (Tropang Trumpo)

Some how Resembles Jopling Works:  The Entertainer of Joplin.

It might be used on Comedy sketch.

Sometimes the hum came back in my head and it won't stop it's so clear.

Resembles the sounds track of the following cartoons:

Tom and Jerry
Top Cat

Thank you very much.

If you could remember a complete set of lyrics, you could probably find it that way. There are a lot of lyric search websites.
I tried a search with the words you provided, but its probably not enough words to turn up anything.
