I think the problem with a lot of the fusion music is that it's extremely predictable, it's a rock rhythm and the solos all play the same stuff and they play it over and over again ...

In my opinion New York Trio is very good for people who start listening to jazz, very nice jazz music and not too chalenging
As far as I know most of their work was released in Japan by Venus, so their CD's might be not so cheap
