I’m new to the forum and needed help in identifying this tune that I heard during this Japanese newsreel from 1961. It starts from 6:33 to 7:31, I really appreciate it if some could identify it in the time being. Here’s the link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wFzK_xXNvY

I listened to the sample, but I did not recognize the tune.

They may be playing an old jazz or blues tune, but that doesn't sound like a jazz big band playing it, sounds more like a studio orchestra that provides background music for films or easy listening records.
