They're probably closer to AG rock than AG jazz, but they are much better and more original than a lot of other modern AG rock bands, and they could arguably be called a type of modern jazz-rock, so they get added as JR Rock.

To me they sound like a fusion of jazz and punk. Haven't heard them extensively but definately different
