And, since it's gone so well with Examples and Allsopp & Co, let me introduce Max Grunhard, an Australian sax player, whose 4-track EP Vortex came out in 2007. It's probably nu jazz in the JMA parlance. The Vortex is actually of a full album length, the compositions being on average 10+ minutes each.

Some refreshingly interesting music.
