referring to modern music - jazz/rock/pop/electronica - do you think music improves - gets better as time goes by? or do you think it just changes - it does not improve or get better? IMHO it just changes - it does not improve or get better thanks

your question is really philosophical  I think since the music is a part of human culture and as civilization changes the culture changes as well. Does the civilization becomes better or worst? Same answer is most probably valid for culture and the music. |

Music changes over time, but whether some changes are better than others is just a matter of subjective taste. To me, music does not get better, nor worse, over time. I moved this to General Music Discussions.
