Being an optimistic type I open this thread hoping that I won't be the only member who posted here. Here is my list: Keith Jarrett -Rio Avishai Cohen - Seven Seas Monty Alexander - Uplift Hiromi - Voice Joachim Kuhn - Chalaba Third World Love - Songs And Portraits Jacob Karlzon 3 - The Big Picture Stefano Battaglia Trio -The River Of Anyder Marius Neset - Golden Explosion Marbin - Breaking The Cycle Trio M - Guest House ------------- I think the problem with a lot of the fusion music is that it's extremely predictable, it's a rock rhythm and the solos all play the same stuff and they play it over and over again ... I've listened to very few 2011 music, I'll just name a couple that really surprised me: Badbadnotgood by BadBadNotGood: the most surprising thing is that it's free.... Wesseltoft and Schwarz Duo is a new addition for me, it sounds quite promising.

Wadada Leo Smith's Heart's Reflection. That album was very good.
