Interesting, thanks, Kazuhiro. I see Mason in the line-up, among others. I wonder how 'vocal-jazz' it will be?

I've heard it. Its like a throwback to the 60s when pop jazz albums would have a wide variety of music, instead of that same slick smooth formula on every song.
I liked some of the songs, there is a mix of kind of arty acoustic numbers, and then some more kind of "fun" numbers in a wide variety of settings and styles. his guitar playing is great throughout, but its mostly a pop album. His version of "My Cherie Amour" is no match for Stevie's original.

I had not checked this sample yet. "Songs And Stories" that had been announced in 2009 was exactly Pop Jazz as the content. If they were those extensions, I was convinced of Pop Jazz they in consideration of the opinion of John.
