Which album by him, is considered as his best ?

I have Still Warm, which i like, and Meant To Be, which i'm still not 100% sure about.

A lot of people like this "Uberjam" album. I haven't heard it, but "Uberjam 2" was pretty good.

This album is quite good, and has him in a more modern abstract post bop style, as opposed to his usual funk and RnB records.

Allmusic has some good reviews, as usual:

As far as a resource that provides an opinion consensus pulled from many resources, I do not know of a resource like that at this time.

I suppose someone could combine ratings and reviews from allmusic, downbeat, allaboutjazz and several other sites and arrive at some sort of overview, but I don't know of anyone who has done that.
