Hi all,
I would like to announce a new radio station called: Pioneers of Jazz Fusion: 60s, 70s, and Beyond It includes music from the late '60s, mainly the '70s, and early '80s. The station is located at: http://progulus.wixsite.com/70sfusion Direct stream link (WinAmp, VLC Player, mobile streaming apps): http://listen.radionomy.com/pioneersofjazzfusion-60s-70s-andbeyond The main artists on the station include (but are not limited to): Agora Al Di Meola Alas Allan Holdsworth Arti & Mestieri Bill Bruford Billy Cobham Brand X Colosseum II Dixie Dregs Embryo Fermáta Herbie Hancock Iceberg If Imán Califato Independiente Isotope Jan Hammer Jazz Q Jean-Luc Ponty Jeff Beck John Abercrombie John McLaughlin Kenso Kraan Leb I Sol Mahavishnu Orchestra Maneige Miles Davis Nucleus Pat Metheny Pekka Pohjola Perigeo Return To Forever Secret Oyster Sloche Stanley Clarke Tasavallan Presidentti The Web Tony Williams Lifetime Wigwam About the station: I've been running Progulus Radio (a progressive music station) for going on 12 years now. We've always had a large element of fusion on the station, which is my second love next to prog. I recently decided to spin off the fusion bands into a separate station, and have been vetting a list of my favorite albums from that period to include in this new station. There are about 150 complete albums on the station right now, with more in the process of being added. If you get a chance to listen to it, I would love to know what you think! *edit* - now that I posted this I see that there's a separate category in the forum for jazz radio. Moderators please move this post as you see fit. Edited by progulus - 15 Jan 2017 at 6:40am |
