This is fun music and we'll add him to the site, but I wouldn't call this Indo raga, thats like saying this is an Indian Raga, which of course it isn't.
This music is what is usually called "raga rock", its a kitsch hippie music in which western hippies play loose approximations of Indian music, but without any real substance, classical forms, rhythmic sub-divions etc. associated with real ragas. "Raga rock" is also different from Indo fusion. Indo fusion is jazz fused with classical Indian music.

I think what they mean at PA is Indo short for Indo Fusion and/or raga which they are using as short for raga rock
In other words, spelled out, the genre at PA would be Indo fusion and/or raga rock. |
