Sarah Jessica Parker’s next acting role will be playing a New York jazz
singer for the upcoming film ‘Here and Now’ with co-stars Simon Baker,
Renee Zellweger, Common and Taylor Kinney. In the movie (also
co-produced by Parker) she plays a jazz superstar who is forced to
rethink her life and career after some life changing medical news. She
says she was terrified to sing on stage at the world-famous Birdland
nightclub for the role, and says for better or worse, her actual vocals
are featured in the film. It’s released on November 9th with the
official trailer available to view above.
