I wait for his new album all the time, but they make living live recently and seem to perform various trials live somehow or other.

I'll stay tuned to see when/how I can get tickets to the Toronto show.  My brother brought this to my attention a few days ago. Smile

Just bought tickets for the Toronto show.  It's actually in Richmond Hill, which is just north of Toronto. http://cosmomusic.ca/

They're also doing clinics at the same venue at different times within a two-day span.  The Holdsworth one sold out, but the other 2 seem just as interesting.  The concert will be enough for me, and I can't wait! Big smile

Last night's show was incredible!  The opening band Marbin were great and won over the crowd who weren't expecting an opener.  While most of the crowd embraced them, there were a few loud moans when the guitarist paused to say they were going to play a few more songs Angry.  I got to meet Marbin after their set while I bought a t-shirt off them.  My brother grabbed their 2 albums, so I'll be sure to listen to them as well.

The Allan Holdsworth band put on a great show.  Virgil Donati stole the show.  Dream Theater's loss was the audience's gain LOL.  There were a group of guys immediately in front and to the left of me that were talking during a solo piece Allan was doing.  I don't think Allan noticed, but he complained to the light guy a few times that the lights were too bright.  Unfortunately, I don't even think the lights in particular he was referring to were on a dimmer as they weren't responding to his request.  I'm pretty bad with Holdsworth song names, but I'll piece together a setlist when I have time.  I could have stayed later and got in line for their autographs, but we decided to take off.

^ Thank you for sharing it. Because I did not announce the new album recently, in Allan Holdsworth, I was interested in a list of live broadcasting and sets. Probably it is music such as "Proto-Cosmos" and "Fred". Or I imagined it when the music such as "Red Alart" might be included in a list of sets. The music is different in an atmosphere by a participating member. Anyway, the live broadcasting that you watched last night must be splendid live broadcasting.

Thanks a lot Dan, sounds fun. I saw Alan long ago at an all-star jam with Stanley Clarke and some others I don't recall.
Marbin is a good band, glad to hear they got the opening spot, sounds like a MoonJune production.

Cosmo Music posted pics from the show.  In the first photo with the crowd shot / stage setup  you can see the back of my head, as well as my brother and dad.
