The Detroit Jazz festival starts today and the local paper the Detroit Free Press included an article about bassist Bob Hurst including some questions and answers which I am posting in the event than anyone might find it of interest.

Thank you for sharing this. I was not so well versed though I had known only the name of Bob Hurst for the performance. I want to learn it if there are a performance and a sound source of man who can recommend it. By the way, how though it is thought that you may put it on interview thread if the overall content is an interview? |

On PA, the interview thread was being used only for interviews that were exclusive to PA because they were done by members of PA. Interviews done in the paper or other sites are posted elsewhere. Also, when I tried to post this one in the interview thread, I received a message that I was not authorized to start a thread in the interview section. |

You're right, same rules here on JMA. To open the thread with original interview requires the access to Interviews section
