A tribute concert to saxophone great Sonny Rollins will take place at the Performing Arts Center of State University of New York at Purchase on April 29 at 8 p.m., with Rollins expected to attend.

Featured performers include saxophonists James Carter, Ravi Coltrane, Jimmy Heath, James Brandon Lewis and Joe Lovano, and trumpeter Jon Faddis. Providing accompaniment will be pianist David Hazeltine, bassist Todd Coolman and drummer Victor Lewis.

Faddis, who is also a professor and director of jazz performance at SUNY-Purchase, will hold an informal talk at 7 p.m.
