Jazz saxophonist Wayne Shorter is selling his home in the Hollywood Hills for just under $3.5 million. The purchaser will enjoy beautiful city, canyon and ocean views with outside seating areas and internal hard wood and tiled floors and a garage area for two cars. Wayne Shorter has lived in the property for nine years sine he bought it for $2.19 million.
Meanwhile the former Weather Report saxophonist and Jazz Messenger has made a cameo appearance on the new Norah Jones album ‘Day Breaks’ and will be appearing at the EFG London Jazz Festival with his renowned quartet featuring pianist Danilo Perez, bassist John Patitucci and drummer Brian Blade on Sunday November 20th at The Barbican.
