The Andrews Sisters was a Jazz vocal/swing group from the 20s that were very successful in their time.

This is the second time the Andrew Sisters have been nominated.
They are great pop singers who also sang occasional pop/jazz swing tunes as well as setting words to classical melodies and other interesting sort of things. Al though they covered the occasional popular jazz tune amongst their vast repertoire, their vocal delivery was never in a jazz style, they are pure pop.
