Evan Parker and John Edwards for Weekertoft label launch 

Guitarist John Russell and pianist Paul G Smyth inaugurate their new imprint for improvised music, Weekertoft, with a launch of its debut release, Making Rooms. 
Many of those featured on the 4CD collection which documents a 2013 tour – Evan Parker, John Edwards, Alison Blunt, Benedict Taylor, David Leahy, Kay Grant, Alex Ward and Russell himself – will be performing at the showcase on 5 February at Epic, Dalston, alongside a screening of a Pat Thomas show from the 2013 concerts, filmed by Helen Petts.
