Healdsburg Jazz Festival Announces Lineup
May fest features Latin and bop artists

Northern California’s Healdsburg Jazz Festival, running for 10
days from May 29-June 7, has announced its lineup. The festival, which
specializes in Latin sounds and hard bop, will present vocalist Luciana
Souza in a duo with Romero Lubambo; Trio da Paz with special guest Kenny
Barron; Pablo Ziegler; Eddie Palmieri; the Cookers, pianists George
Cables and Benny Green; vocalist Ed Reed’s Tribute to John Coltrane and
Johnny Hartman; blues with Terrie Odabi and more. 

A new outdoor event, “New Orleans Day on the Green” has been added
this year showcasing three bands including St. Gabriel’s Celestial Brass
Band, the Dixie Giants and the Russian River Ramblers. Lorca Hart and
Sylvia Cuenca bring their trios to the late night sessions.
