Not essentially within the genre tag of "Afro-Jazz", but any album of any style of jazz which is considerably influenced by Africa in any way. Do you know of any?

My latest discovery which I'm enjoying now is this:

The rhythms and general organizational approach of jazz all comes from Africa, but as far as jazz with pronounced African elements, there is plenty.
Most of the African jazz on this site goes in the World Fusion genre. You can search through here and find plenty:

Hugh Masekela is probably one of the most famous African jazz men.

Check these ones out, may help, like them all myself

Ethiopiques 14

Outernational Meltdown: Jazzin Universally by Airto Moreira, Andrew Missingham, Byron Wallen, Fana Zulu, Jose Neto, Max Ngcobo (1995-11-07)

Afri-Jazzy by Manu Dibango (2006-01-01)

Also Dibango's "Negropolitaines" VOl 1 and Vol 2 ( maybe difficult to find as when I searched for covers not much there. Personally I preferred Vol 2 but 1 is great as well)

Hope

Quite frankly, i believe the greatest jazz record out of Africa is Winston Mankunku's Yakhal' inkomo. South African's refer to it as their 'Kind of Blue"
