Wonderful selection of artists to choose from this year

McCoy Tyner Trio.......actually a quintet as there are two guests, one is Chris Potter on sax

Dee Dee Bridgewater...Cool

Hiromi....either solo or as trio or better still at  Bennets Lane Jazz Bar. Yep up close. Thats right three separate gigs

Terence Blanchard.........wow

Dr Lonnie Smith..........Even though the other artists are brilliant. Lonnie is on at Bennets Lane......Organ, guitar, drums....Groooooooooooooove fest.........very temptingBeer its at a barApprove

Robert Glasper Experiment

Alan Browne one of our local best, also deserves a mention.

Plenty more if you live in my neck of the woods

I'd go for Lonnie Smith at the bar.

Yep, that's where I will be John. Booked for a myself and a friend. Our wifes hate going to venues if you have to stand. We feel the complete opposite ourselves, much rather stand.
