Hello. Does anyone know (or can help me identify) the form to this Ron Carter tune?

It sounds like there might be a bar of something other than 4/4 in the middle.

Thank you.

Actually, so far I'm thinking

8 bar phrase
7 bar phrase
5 bar phrase
head, miles' solo.

My tax guy is here, so I can't listen to it, but I did some research on the internet and apparently they are subdividing 4/4 bars into 3/4, 5/4 and 5/8.
